From 5pm overnight to 9am in the morning it is permissible to park on 14th Avenue.
Between 9am and 5pm every day, you need a permit. Come see us in the office and we will provide one if you need it.

Pick up the phone outside the office and you will be connected to the Innkeeper. If the machine picks up and you have to leave a message, please do so, especially if its late - we might be sleeping, and need a few minutes to get to the phone. If your situation has not been taken care of in 10 minutes, please call the Inn at 727-360-8844 in the event that we are off-property. We are not normally more than a couple of minutes away.

Check-out time is 11am unless prior arrangements have been made.

All rooms are non-smoking. Patios, balconies and the courtyard all have ashtrays available if you need them. It is very time-consuming and difficult to clear a room of leftover cigarette or cigar smells. An additional charge of up to $250 will be added to your stay if we have to do so.

On Saturday and Sunday mornings, breakfast is available in the courtyard from 8 - 11am.
Coffee is brewing there every day shortly after 7am.

The BBQ grill in our courtyard is available on a first-come, first-serve basis to all guests. It is gas, and tools and a grill brush are included under the grill cover.   Please turn the gas bottle on to light, and turn off the gas bottle after you finish. Please wash the grill tools after use, for the next person.
