The Cottage
The Cottage is next door to the Inn On The Beach. This tranquil oasis has a large bedroom with a king bed and lots of closet space, plus a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining area. The living room is complete with seating area, coffee table, cable TV and DVD player. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination and the outdoor deck has plenty of covered seating as well as a gas barbeque grill - perfect for outdoor suppers! Please note: our minimum night stay requirement for the Cottage is 2 nights.

Policies
A one-night non-refundable deposit is required when making your reservation. If you have to change your reservation dates, as long as you notify us two weeks or more ahead, your deposit may be applied to a future stay within six months. If we are notified less than two weeks from your arrival date, your deposit will not be refunded. No refunds for early departures. No-shows forfeit total room rate for entire stay. Rates subject to change. Extra person: $15 per day. Minimum stay requirement: one night minimum weekdays, two-night minimum on weekends, plus for holidays and special events when there may be a three-day or longer minimum stay requirement. Check-in: 3pm. Early check in available – please ask when making your reservation. Check out: 11am. All rooms are nonsmoking; smoking is permitted on balconies, patios and in the courtyard. No pets allowed. All room rates are subject to Florida State Sales Tax (7%) & Pinellas County Tourist Tax (5%). AARP, Military and Government discounts available for multi-night stays.
