Our newest offering is a gorgeous, private, detached apartment, just recently renovated. This lovely retreat has been created with great attention to detail and exemplifies the laid-back, easy-going lifestyle that is Pass-a-grille. Breezes straight off the gulf waft in through the double French doors which open on to your own spacious, private deck. The tastefully decorated kitchen has custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and a comfy breakfast bar. Hardwood floors, vaulted cedar ceilings, central heat and air, ceiling fans and a beautiful queen bed in the bedroom - complemented by the beautiful deck overlooking the Gulf. The deck has a BBQ grill and dining table and chairs.

Policies
A one-night non-refundable deposit is required when making your reservation. If you have to change your reservation dates, as long as you notify us two weeks or more ahead, your deposit may be applied to a future stay within six months. If we are notified less than two weeks from your arrival date, your deposit will not be refunded. No refunds for early departures. No-shows forfeit total room rate for entire stay. Rates subject to change. Extra person: $15 per day. Minimum stay requirement: one night minimum weekdays, two-night minimum on weekends, plus for holidays and special events when there may be a three-day or longer minimum stay requirement. Check-in: 3pm. Early check in available – please ask when making your reservation. Check out: 11am. All rooms are nonsmoking; smoking is permitted on balconies, patios and in the courtyard. No pets allowed. All room rates are subject to Florida State Sales Tax (7%) & Pinellas County Tourist Tax (5%). AARP, Military and Government discounts available for multi-night stays.
